Online Grief Counseling — Compassionate Support for Loss
A safe and supportive space for those navigating loss and grief, available virtually throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Grief Arrives on Its Own Schedule
It shows up at 3am, on a Tuesday morning, right before a big presentation at work, during your child's recital. It doesn't wait for a convenient moment, and it certainly doesn't care about anyone else's timeline for when you should be "over it."
You Don't Have to Stay Stuck in Grief
Feeling stuck in grief is one of the most isolating experiences a person can go through.
You might be functioning on the outside — going to work, showing up for your family, keeping it together. And yet you're quietly carrying a weight that never seems to lift.
Maybe you're:
Struggling to get through the day without breaking down
Feeling guilty when you have moments of happiness or peace
Replaying memories or "what-ifs" you can't seem to let go of
Exhausted from pretending you're fine when you're not
Wondering if this heaviness will ever lift
If any of this sounds familiar, know that hope and resilience are possible. Your path forward can start here, whenever you're ready.
What to Expect From Online Therapy for Grief
Every person's grief is unique, and our work together will reflect that. There's no checklist to get through, no timeline to follow, and no pressure to feel a certain way by a certain point.
Here's what we'll work through together at a pace that feels right for you:
Processing complex emotions - Move through guilt, anger, and sadness in manageable waves, with healthy tools to express and release them.
Rebuilding daily routines & identity - Establish new patterns that acknowledge your loss while creating more space for joy, purpose, and meaning.
Working through complicated grief & trauma - Work through feelings of shock, numbness, or unresolved circumstances to find a greater sense of peace.
Developing self-compassion & releasing guilt - Let go of painful "what-ifs" and self-blame, replacing them with acceptance, forgiveness, and the recognition that you did your best.
Creating meaningful rituals & memorialization - Honor what or who you've lost in ways that feel meaningful to you, keeping the memory alive as you move forward.
